Donating should be a easy and hassle-free process. At Hope Mission Thrift Store we have staff on hand to help from start to finish.

DONATION HOURS: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM 

During Normal Weather Conditions

(During inclement weather conditions, please call 252-240-2359 ext 5 prior to arrival to ensure we have space and staff available to assist in unloading.)

Drop Off: Feel free to simply swing by our store during donation hours and one of our friendly staff or volunteers can assist in unloading your donations.  Do you have a large item or questions about what items we accept? Please complete the thrift store contact form on the next tab and choose “schedule a drop off” to be sure we can accommodate you in a timely manner.

Pick Up: Perhaps you don’t have the means to deliver your donation. No worries! Please call the thrift store at             252-240-2359 ext 5 or complete the CONTACT FORM on the next tab and choose “Request a pick up”. One of our friendly staff will be happy to reach out and schedule a convenient time to pick up your donation.
